Returns

We will accept returns if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. . The buyer is liable for the returns postage. We do not accept returns for products that have been marked down by a sale. 

You must notify us by email or by messaging us online. We aim to issue refunds within 5 days of approving your return.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN REDUCED OR MARKED DOWN IN A SALE OR THAT HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE. YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A CREDIT NOTE

 Under any circumstances we do not exchange or refund on underwear, wigs or earrings

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
